CHEESECAKE
THX GRIZZ FOR THE RECIPE
CRUST

1/2 stick butter melted
2 pkgs graham crackers crumbled very finely
1/2 cup sugar

in 9x13 deep pan mix crumbs and sugar add butter then pat evenly firmly on bottom of pan - refrigerate while working on filling.

FILLING

2 Cups sugar
2 packages cream cheese softened to room temp
1 quart heavy whipping cream
2-3 teaspoons lemon jello

make jello sit aside to cool to room temp

in one bowl mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth

in second chilled bowl whip heavy whipping cream till stiff peaks

fold cream cheese mixture into whipped cream then add lemon jello fold until well blended

pour into chilled pan over crust evenly smooth out

chill for 2 to 4 hours till cuts smoothly into squares

TOPPINGS - strawberries, cherries and for turtle cheesecake use chocolate graghm crackers and very finely chopped pecans for crust and drizzle caramel and fudge over top, sprinkle with pecans - u may also drizzle crust but u need to freeze crust before pouring in filling.
